Welcome to RideLah. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the RideLah mobile application (the "Service") operated by Genta AI Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Nature of Our Service

RideLah is strictly a travel information aggregator and price comparison tool.

• We are NOT a transportation provider. We do not own, operate, or provide any vehicles or transportation services.
• We are NOT a booking agent. We do not process payments for rides or manage bookings.
• Functionality: Our Service aggregates data from third-party e-hailing platforms (e.g., Grab, Bolt, Maxim, etc.) to help you compare estimated prices and estimated arrival times.

2. Accuracy of Information (Price Estimates)

You acknowledge that the prices and times displayed on RideLah are estimates only.

• Dynamic Pricing: E-hailing prices fluctuate in real-time based on demand, traffic, and surge pricing algorithms controlled entirely by the third-party providers.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the price shown on RideLah will match the final price on the third-party app.
• Discrepancies: By using this Service, you accept that the final fare is determined solely by the third-party provider at the moment of booking within their respective application. RideLah shall not be held liable for any price discrepancies.

3. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Service contains deep links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by RideLah.

• Redirects: When you click on a ride option, RideLah redirects you to the third-party provider's app. Once you leave our Service, our obligations end.
• No Endorsement: The display of any third-party provider on our App does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or approval of that provider. We display all available options neutrally.
• No Liability: RideLah has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, drivers, safety standards, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that RideLah shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by your use of any such third-party services.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete.

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate ban:

• Using automated systems, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access or extract data from RideLah.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RideLah, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and
• (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In plain language: We are not responsible if a driver is late, rude, cancels on you, or if you are overcharged by the e-hailing provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RideLah and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Malaysia.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
